By accessing or using the Vision Education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all students, educators, and visitors who access our resources.

2. Educational Limitations

Vision Education is a supplementary educational tool designed for Ghanaian Senior High School students. While our mock examinations and AI-powered feedback are strictly aligned with 2026 WAEC curriculum standards, they do not guarantee specific results on official WASSCE examinations. Use of this platform is intended to complement, not replace, official classroom instruction.

3. User Roles and Data

Our platform supports Google Authentication for student personalization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All "Premium" features (such as Subject Mocks) are tied to your authenticated identity.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to:

• Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform's examination logic.
• Scrape automated content or question databases without authorization.
• Access non-public administrative panels.

5. Intellectual Property

All examination questions, AI diagnostic logic, and branding (Vision Education) are the intellectual property of Yaw Ndaase Mensuoh, unless otherwise noted for public domain WAEC past questions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
