1. Overview

Vision Education (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our") is a non-profit educational platform developed by Yaw Ndaase Mensuoh for the benefit of Ghanaian Senior High School students. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your student data is handled securely and transparently.

2. Data & Usage

We employ a "privacy-by-design" approach. Most of your practice data (scores, answers, and progress) is stored locally in your browser's Local Storage and is never transmitted to our servers unless explicitly synced for cross-device access.

3. Google API Policy

Vision Education's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use your Google user data for advertising, nor do we sell your information to third-party data brokers or aggregators.

4. Account Deletion

Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated Google user data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will purge all identifiable records from our database within 30 days.
